播期对紫米稻产量及米质的影响

Effects of Sowing Date on Grain Yield and Quality of Purple Rice

摘要: 以紫米稻品种粮田紫1号为材料,在长沙地区比较研究了5个播期条件下紫米稻的产量与稻米品质。结果表明,粮田紫1号全生育期随播期推迟而明显缩短;有效穗数、每穗粒数、结实率与产量均随播栽期推迟而显著提高,5月31日播种处理产量达4 693.0 kg/hm2;播期对粮田紫1号稻米品质有显著影响,碾米品质以5月11日播种处理最好,5月21日播种处理次之,稻米直链淀粉含量、粗蛋白含量与Se含量以5月21日播种处理最高,稻米Zn含量以5月31日播种处理最高。综合来看,粮田紫1号在长沙地区高产优质栽培的最佳播期为5月21-31日。

Abstract: A field experiment was carried out to study the effects of different sowing dates on grain yield and quality of purple rice Liangtianzi 1 in Changsha region. The results showed that the whole growth period of Liangtianzi 1 was shortened with the delay of sowing date. The effective panicles, grains per panicle, seed setting rate and yield were significantly increased with the delay of sowing date, and the yield of May 31st treatment was 4 693 kg/hm2. Rice quality of purple rice was affected by sowing date. The treatment with the best milling quality was May 11st treatment, and the next was May 21st treatment. The highest content of amylose, crude protein and Se in grain was gained with May 21st treatment, while the highest content of Zn in grain was gained with May 31st treatment. Comprehensively, the optimal sowing date of Liangtianzi 1 for higher yield and fine quality in Changsha region was May 21st to May 31st.
